Create a duplicate purchase order

Summary

Use the Duplicate feature in Sage 50 Accounts to create a new order from a previously saved order. This is useful when a customer places the same order again.

Description

  1. On the navigation bar, select Purchase orders.
  2. Locate and click the purchase order you want to copy, then click Duplicate.

    TIP:

    When Sage is maximised, the Duplicate button appears next to Place Orders. If not, select it from the dropdown below, or right-click a purchase order and choose Duplicate.

     Make any required changes to the purchase order, then press Save.
