The message "System entitlement expired. Please contact your business partner to renew" may appear when the licence for your software has expired.
If you are a Sage 200 Customer or a Sage 200 Developer the solution will be different: -
You get your support for Sage 200 from one of our Business Partners so contact your Business Partner to discuss your licence agreement.
If you encounter this message on your development machine you'll need to email Business Partner Services at [email protected] to ask for an extension to your licence.
