The API for Sage 200 Standard is enabled by default. With this being a cloud offering, all that is required is a Sage ID to be able to query the API.
Any user who has been set up within the Sage Provisioning Portal as a user and has been assigned to a site is automatically an API user.
You can follow the in product documentation here on how to create a user in the Sage Provisioning Portal.
Once the user has accepted the terms and conditions, they must be assigned to the site. This link will provide information on how to assign a user to a site.
When the user has been assigned to the site, company access and user access must be given to this user. Further information on how this is done can be found here.
We have an API tool you can use to confirm you are returning sites and that your user has been configured correctly. The download and instructions can be found here.
Finally, to get started in querying the API for Sage 200 Standard, you will need to follow this article.
You can find more information on how to construct an API request using this article.
