Coronavirus information

Notice 20-Q | 20 March 2020

Resolution

As you get to grips with the possible impacts the coronavirus (Covid-19) has on your business we want to let you know we're here with advice on how to keep Sage software running and give information so support you and your customers. We're also communicating directly with your Sage clients to let them know about what we're doing to help.

What we're doing

Sage continues to monitor the coronavirus situation and take steps to mitigate risks to our customers, partners, and colleagues. We have established global, regional, and local business continuity plans that are being re-tested and refined as a further cautionary measure. In addition, our global and regional taskforces meet daily. They are comprised of representatives from our Executive Committee and other executive management, supported by experts from risk, security, travel, people, property, IT, and communications.

To help partners, developers and your customers prepare we've launched a Coronavirus Hub. This gives you access to the latest news, advice and business readiness tips, as well as information about how your current solutions can play an important part in your readiness plans.

How our products can help business prepare for the impact

Many businesses (like ourselves) are looking into how they can operate their business if people can’t go into their office – remote working is a top priority, but security and automation are also key. We’re working to get all products on our hub and we will continue to update the site so please keep checking back.
