Description

Using Report Designer, you can increase the size of a section to add further information.

For example you can expand an invoice footer to add your company's terms.

Resolution

To expand a section within a report, follow the following steps:

  1. Select the document you want to amend, then click Edit.
  2. Click the section you would like to expand.
  3. Hover your mouse over the bottom of the section until the mouse icon changes.
  4. Hold down the mouse button and drag the section downwards.
  5. On the menu bar click File, then click Save As.
  6. Enter a new file name then click Save.
  7. On the menu bar click File, then click Exit.
