Bank feeds sign-in window blank

When you set up bank feeds, you need to enter your bank credentials. Sometimes the window is blank when you click Sign in.

To resolve this issue, close and reopen Sage 50 Accounts.

If the issue persists

1. Close Sage 50 Accounts.
2. Browse to the folder C:\ProgramData\Sage\Accounts
   
   If the ProgramData folder is hidden, you can show hidden files and folders.
3. Rename the file LaunchpadSettings.xml to LaunchpadSettings.old
4. Reopen Sage 50 Accounts.
