We're delighted to announce the release of the latest version of Sage CRM 2019 R2.

What's new?

Full details of the fixes and enhancements can be found in the release notes available from the Help Centre, they include:

  • REST API Beta: Included in this release is a beta version of REST API. This allows developers and system administrators to use the REST API to create, read, update, and delete entity records in Sage CRM using HTTP requests and standard HTTP methods such as GET, POST, PATCH, and DELETE. Further information on entities exposed via the REST API can be found in the REST API reference materials.
  • Microsoft Office 2019: All CRM functionality that relies on Microsoft Office now supports Microsoft Office 2019.
  • Self Service: A reworked and improved Self Service demo website is included in the Sage CRM installation package allowing you to test and demo Self Service functionality.
  • Additional enhancements and defect fixes: This release includes fixes for various defects including Exchange Integration, which was originally patched in 2019 R1.1, as well as numerous product enhancements following feedback from our Business Partner Community.
