Check data warning - 'Bank reconciliation (number) does not contain any transactions'

When you check your data you may get the following warning:

'Bank reconciliation (number) does not contain any transactions'

To correct this warning, follow the steps below.

1. Click File then click Maintenance and click  Recovery Tools.
2. When prompted, follow the instructions to create a data backup.
3. Click Reindex and Compress All, then click OK.
4. Click Reset Bank Reconciliations, then click OK and click Close.
5. When prompted to check the data again, click Yes.
   
   If the warning is still present, you must restore an error free backup and re-process.
