Set a default printer for reports and layouts

Sage 50 Accounts uses the printer set as your Windows default printer. If this keeps reverting back when reopening, it's quick and easy to fix. Let's do it now.

NOTE: If you're not sure how to choose or change your Windows default printer, please visit Microsoft support or speak to your IT support.

Set the default printer

1. Highlight the layout you want to print and click Preview.
2. Click Page Setup.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Printer....
4. Click OK, then click OK.
5. Close report and Save when prompted.
   
   
   
   

NOTE: Repeat the steps for every report and layout you use.
