If you're using Sage 50 Accounts v26.3.245.0, you're using the latest version of your software.
If you're using any other build of Sage 50 Accounts v26, you must install the latest update.
Resolution
Download and install the v26.3.245.0 update
Follow the steps below on all computers including the computer where your data is held.
- Click Help, then click Check for Updates and follow the onscreen prompts.
- If there are no new updates, click Close and close Sage 50 Accounts then click the link below:
- If prompted to save the file, note the file name then click Save.
Depending on your web browser, the file may automatically save to your Downloads folder. To view your download folder, press Ctrl + J on your keyboard. - Browse to and double-click the downloaded file, then follow the on-screen prompts.
- Install the update on all computers that have a copy of Sage 50 Accounts and also the computer that holds your data.
After installing the update, if prompted, restart your computer.
