We're constantly reviewing our product offering and have consulted widely on the CRM connector. As you'll be aware there are a number of functional gaps between the connector and the classic integration. This has meant that the connector doesn't give the greatest degree of flexibility for our customers, to help them to run their business.

Upon investigation and partner feedback - we have identified the fact that our customers want the same level of functionality and integration that our integrated CRM already delivers. We have therefore taken the difficult decision to discontinue the maintenance of the CRM connector, to enable us to focus on integration improvements.

  • Effective from 01/10/2018 - Sage 200 CRM connector will enter extended support.
  • To support those customers with a CRM connector, we're looking to release the 4.3 version of the connector in September 2018.
  • We will continue to support the connector and test the 4.3 build, for all releases up to and including 30 September 2019.
  • In the meantime, we are investigating an appropriate method for migrating customers from the connector to the integrated version.
