VAT Return missing from list

The VAT window in Sage 50 Accounts lists reconciled VAT returns. If a return is missing from the list, it's been deleted or the list needs refreshed.

To refresh the list

• Click the Type column heading, then click the Rtn. No column heading

If the VAT Return is still missing, this suggests it has been deleted.

If the return has been deleted

• If you created an archive of your data before the VAT Return was deleted, view the return from there. To access the archives, click Open, then Company Archive. Then check the VAT Return list
• Or, back up your data and restore a backup from when you can view the old VAT Return details
