How to show only outstanding transactions in the activity windows

In Sage 50 Accounts, to make it easy to find transactions within the customer and supplier activity windows, you can apply a search to show only outstanding transactions.


  1. On the navigation bar, click the required module, for example, Customers.
  2. Click the record you want to view, then click Activity.
  3. Select the O/S Only check box.

Only transactions with an outstanding amount now appear. When you want view all transactions again, clear the O/S Only check box.

TIP: if your view is set to Chase debt, in the Customers window, then the check box will be selected by default. If you want to remove the tick by default, switch the view to Standard.
