Sage CRM.com retirement - customer communication

Resolution

Dear Customer,

We've recently undertaken a full review of our CRM portfolio. As a result of this review, we have made the decision to retire the CRM.com product as of 31 August 2019. After this date, you will no longer be able to access Sage CRM.com. This decision will enable us to focus our time and resource differently to ensure we can deliver solutions for our customers.

 

To ensure that you do not permanently lose access to your data, before 31 August 2019, you must back up your data to a separate location and move to another solution. Details on how to take a backup are available here.
