ERROR: Bank Feeds - An error occurred. The login window cannot be displayed at this time

If you get the following error when using bank feeds in Sage 50 Accounts, follow these steps to resolve it.

In Sage 50 Accounts, the following error may appear when trying to configure bank feeds for more than one company:

'An error occurred. The login window cannot be displayed at this time. Try again later'.

Steps for Sage 50 Accounts v27 and above

1. Log in to your company
2. Click Settings, then Connected services.
3. Click Disconnect.

This resolves the issue, and you can then set up bank feeds again.

Steps for Sage 50 Accounts v26

We recommend that you upgrade your software to the latest version. 

If you're unable to upgrade, follow the steps below.

To resolve this issue,  install the latest update for Sage 50 Accounts :

1. Log onto your computer as an administrator and close all software.
2. If your v26 is not version number 26.3.245.0, click the link below:

• Download Sage 50 Accounts v26.3 update

3. Click Save link as or Save target as.
4. Browse to the Windows Desktop, then click Save.
5. On the Windows Desktop, double-click the file you've just downloaded.
6. Follow the on-screen prompts.
