Sage CRM 7.3 - End of Support Notification

Summary

Every year in Autumn, an older version of Sage CRM moves into 'end of support' status and another version enters a status of 'extended support'. This is detailed in our support policy and is standard industry practice for technology companies.

Description

This communication was sent 26th September 2018.

Resolution

 

From 01 October 2018, Sage CRM 7.3 will no longer be supported, after going into extended support in October 2017.

 

Sage CRM 2017 R1, R2 & R3 enters extended support on 01 October 2018, with all support for this version ending on 30 September 2019.
