 The following usage is included with a Sage 200 subscription. 

Sage 200 Document Storage was introduced in the Summer 2018 edition;

• Sage 200 Standard - Released 7th September 2018
• Sage 200 Professional – Released 11th September 2018

Usage Limits

Your limit is per contract year.

Maximum upload value = 20gb per month/ 240gb per contract year.

What happens if I use more than the fair usage limit

We will contact you or your business partner to discuss your options and suggest reviewing your monthly price plan.

Do the fair usage limits apply per company?

Yes, the limit applies per company.

Are there any considerations I need to make?

In line with GDPR it is your responsibility to ensure that any documents are storage in line with this guidance set out within your business
