How do I edit or customise interactive reports?

This guide explains how to edit reports in Sage practice Solutions (SPS).

Resolution

 To edit any interactive report

  1. Open SPS, click Letters and Reports then click Interactive Reports.
  2. Choose the report, right-click on the report,and click Create Copy.
  3. Right-click the new report then click Edit Report,  or highlight the report and click Edit Report.
  4. Enter a new Report Name or edit the Report Name.
  5. select or deselect the options under the Fields as required.
  6. If you want to add a search field or box, this is implemented by using the Conditions option.
  7. If you want to Group or Sort the report – click Layout, go to Group By, choose field, and click OK.
  8. To save the changes click OK.
