Summary
This guide explains how to edit reports in Sage practice Solutions (SPS).
Resolution
To edit any interactive report
- Open SPS, click Letters and Reports then click Interactive Reports.
- Choose the report, right-click on the report,and click Create Copy.
- Right-click the new report then click Edit Report, or highlight the report and click Edit Report.
- Enter a new Report Name or edit the Report Name.
- select or deselect the options under the Fields as required.
- If you want to add a search field or box, this is implemented by using the Conditions option.
- If you want to Group or Sort the report – click Layout, go to Group By, choose field, and click OK.
- To save the changes click OK.
