Description
Ensure your listener and service are configured to launch in multi-mode. For further to information on configuring form launching for multi-mode can be found here.
NOTE: Please Note: As of the 2017 R2 release of Sage 200 CRM, Form Launching on RDS/TS environments are no longer supported.
Resolution
Test to determine if issue is with the Service on the Terminal Server:
- Open services.msc on the Terminal Server and stop the Sage Task Launcher Service.
- Open Task Manager on Terminal Server.
- In the details tab end all instances of the Sage.TaskLauncher.Listener.exe and tlservice.exe.
- Restart the Sage Task Launcher service.
- Open Task Manager and ensure the tlservice.exe has started and that there is one instance of the Sage.TaskLauncher.Listener.exe.
- If that instance of the listener is running on 8089 then the service is running on 8080 and users should be able to launch forms successfully.
