How to use the Employee Verification Letter to verify your employee's data in Sage 50 Payroll.

Description

If you'd like to check the employee details in your data are correct, you can choose to issue the verification letter.

Your employees can use this to check their data is up to date, or notify any changes. This includes their email address for Online Payslips.

Resolution

  1. Select the relevant employees, then click Reports.
  2. Click Employee, then click Employee Details Verification Letter.
  3. Click Print.
