Communication: Version 4.1 of Sage CRM Connector now available for download

Further to our recent communications regarding version 4.1 of the Sage CRM Connector, we're happy to advise that the software is now available for you to download from the Sales, Marketing and Service support site.

Additional information

This version of the Connector allows you to use Sales, Marketing and Service version 2017 R2 with Sage 200 Professional. Version 4.1 also includes the following new functionality:

• Add free text items, comment lines and additional charges to web orders and quotes.

• Enable migration mode from within Sales, Marketing and Service.
• Customisations to source files retained in future upgrades. 

Existing Sage CRM and Sage 200 CRM sites

The new Connector is supported for use with the following software combinations:

• Sage 200 Extra 2016 and Sales, Marketing and Service 7.3 SP3.
• Sage 200 Professional and Sales, Marketing and Service 7.3 SP3.
• Sage 200 Extra 2016 and Sales, Marketing and Service 2017 R2.
• Sage 200 Professional and Sales, Marketing and Service 2017 R2.

Sage 200 Manufacturing users

We can now also confirm that the new version of the CRM Connector is now supported for customers who also use Sage 200 Manufacturing. Please refer to the installation instructions as necessary, as such customers will require a different installation process from non-Sage 200 Manufacturing sites.

Remember, if you have an existing Sage 200 customer who wishes to start using Sales, Marketing and Service, please contact your Account Manager to update their registration before proceeding with any installations.
