Business Intelligence reporting errors - Update 5th December 2017

Reports of sites experiencing errors, when trying to use Sage 200 Business Intelligence.

The errors can happen when carrying out one or more of the following;

• Running Business Intelligence reports
• Using the Sage 200 Excel reports
• Send to Excel functionality

Error received: ‘Attempted to read or write protected memory’     

Current Status

Microsoft have released a new Office build, 8625.2139, released 27^th November.

Following testing, we can confirm that this now alleviates the issues customers have experienced.
