Sage 200 Version 2011 Support Limitations

Reminder: Extension of End of Support for Sage 200 Extra 2011 (Support Limitations)

In June & October 2017 we notified you that we will be extending the support date for Sage 200 Extra 2011 to 30th April 2018. This represents a 6 month extension to the current date of 31st October 2017.

The following support limitations came into effect on 1st November 2017;

  • No telephone support will be provided, support enquiries need to be logged via Case Management
  • No support will be provided for Sage 200 CRM versions connected with Sage 200 Extra 2011
  • Legislation updates will not be provided for this version
  • Escalations and Hotfix requests will not be considered for this version
  • No Developer Support

Software downloads for 2011 will remain available until 30th April 2018. If you may need this content after this date please ensure you have downloaded in advance.

We are receiving a number of calls from partners in relation to the 2011 product version, in these circumstances our team will direct you to log it on Case Management. We'd ask that you share this communication with all members of your support teams.

We are happy to handle incidents and calls relating to issues when going through an upgrade to a supported version.

All partners should be proactively working on an upgrade plan for all customers with products in extended support well in advance of the End of Support date (30/04/18).

Customers will get maximum value out of their product by upgrading to the latest version, including integration with Microsoft Office 365.
