When attempting to synchronise your Sage 50 Accounts with Microsoft 365, you may encounter the error message: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown This issue occurs because the computer does not have sufficient memory to complete the requested operation.

Resolution

To resolve this issue restart the computer where the Sage 50 Accounts data is held.

As the Sage 50 Accounts data may be held on a server with other business critical applications, you may need to first discuss this with your IT.
