The support lines may need to close occasionally to allow for training and development sessions. Details of planned line closures are listed in the sections below.

In some cases, additional line closures may need to take place at short notice. Any closures will be made available on this page seven days in advance.

The support team are unavailable between 09:00 and 10:00 on the last Wednesday of every month as shown in the table below.

Dates that don't fall on the last Wednesday of the month are denoted with an asterisk.
