Can I export my Trial Balance to Excel

How do I export my Trial Balance to Microsoft Excel?

1. Click on Tools, Export, Data Export.
2. Select Next and confirm this is the client that you want to export.
3. Select Next then Spreadsheet - OLE links to Microsoft Excel followed by Trial Balance
4. Then click Next and Next again.
5. Click on the Finish button.
6. The file will be saved into a sub folder of your base folder called Excel. i.e. Z\hc\excel
   To find out the location of your base folder
7. Select Settings, System Setup
8. This will default to the Folders tab. In the left hand column, the top field will show you where the base folder is located (i.e. Z\hc)
