How to create a backup copy of your SAP data

Summary

This guide explains how to create a backup of all of your Sage Accounts Production (SAP) data.

Resolution

  1. Make a note of where your data is stored,  to find this, click Tools then click Settings and click Workstation settings.
  2. Note the Default Data Path.
  3. Close SAP and browse to the default data path using File Explorer 
  4. Copy the data folder (ApexData unless named differently) and paste it to a different location for example a USB or external hard drive.
