The Related Party note will be output if

  4. Click Close to save

TIP: Alternatively, you can enter the disclosures in a MEM posting document

To edit the names of the related parties
  1. Ensure all client screens are closed, then open the Client Chart of Accounts (CoA)
  2. Scroll down and locate the codes you posted to above
  3. Enter the name of the Related Party on the main code for that group.

EXAMPLE: If you posted to 4240.01, you would amend 4240.00.

  4. Close the CoA

TIP: If your changes to the CoA have not saved, it indicates you have other client specific screens open. For example, the disclosure data screen or trial balance. Please close all screens and redo you changes.
