You may need to set up a Direct Debit or change your bank account details within your My Sage account, for example, if you've changed banks. If you do this, you need to complete the Direct Debit mandate form.
To submit a Direct Debit mandate or change your bank details please download and complete the following PDF form:
Once complete, please send an email to [email protected] with the form attached and your account number in the subject. Once received, we'll update this on your account.
