How do I get an Investment Property Policy in my FRSLTD client?

In order to have an Investment Property Policy you will need the following:

1. Postings to the code range 520:529C.00 should include your total Freehold Property and Investment Property.
2. Post the Investment Property to 1540:1547.00.
   

    TIP: Go into Disclosure Data - Fixed Asset and Capital Commitments

     
3. Populate a reportpad named InvestmentProperties in the Accounting Policies section of reportpads.
   

Once you have these, the Investment Policy will populate and the heading Investment Property will automatically pull through for you.
