Access rights - How to delete a user name

Summary

You can delete any of the user names listed within Access Rights in Sage 50 Accounts. From time to time this may be necessary, for example, if a user leaves the company.

Sage Accounts v27 and above
  1. Log into Sage Accounts as MANAGER then click Settings and click User Management and Users.
  2. Select the logon name you want to remove then click Delete and click Yes.
  3. Click Close.
Sage Accounts v26 and below
  1. Log into Sage Accounts as MANAGER then click Settings and click Access Rights.
  2. Select the logon name you want to remove then click Delete and click Yes.
  3. Click Close.
