ERROR: ...'Culture not supported. Culture 3072 is an invalid identifier'

Summary

When running reports in Sage Accounts, the following error can appear: 'The report could not be generated. Culture is not supported. Parameter name: culture 3072 (0x0c00) is an invalid culture identifier.'

This issue is linked to the computer's regional settings. Ensure they're set to English (United Kingdom) or English (Ireland).

Resolution

Check your region

  1. Press the Windows key Windows icon.

     

     + R.
  2. In the Open box, type intl.cpl then press OK.
  3. In the Format list, select the required language. For example, English (United Kingdom) or English (Ireland).
  4. Press Apply then OK.

If the issue persists, follow the steps above to change 'Format' to English US. Then change back to English UK and restart your computer.
