e-Banking

e-Banking can help you save time and avoid duplicating work by passing information between Sage Accounts and your online banking software. e-Banking has two functions:

• e-Payments - Send supplier payment information from Sage Accounts to your online banking software
• e-Reconcile - Import your bank statement into Sage Accounts and check it against your bank transactions

Before you start, you should check that your banking software is compatible with Sage e-Banking.

Opayo Invoice Payments makes it easier for your customers to pay you, so you get paid faster.

• Pay now buttons on invoices and statements allow your customers to pay you instantly and securely online.
• Chase debts more easily by accepting card payments over the phone.
• Quickly email a request for an online card payment.
• Your Opayo account integrates seamlessly with Sage Accounts, importing receipts directly into your accounts.

If you have Sage Cover Extra or Sage Accounts subscription, you can use Opayo Invoice Payments with no monthly fee, simply pay as you go.

Once you switch on your Opayo account, to integrate it with Sage Accounts, you must enter your details in:

Supplier Payments

With Supplier Payments you can make payments directly from your accounts or payroll software, saving you time and giving you control over how you manage your payments.
