Windows 8.1 and above
  1. Press the Windows key

     + R.
  2. In the Open box, type intl.cpl then click OK.

    The Formats tab opens automatically.

  3. In the Format list, click the required language. For example, English (United Kingdom) or English (Ireland).
  4. Click the Administrative tab and click Change system locale.
  5. Click the Current system locale drop-down, then click the required location. For example, United Kingdom or Ireland.
  6. Click OK.
