Sage Practice Solutions: Display issues
Description
Certain configurations can cause display issues within Sage Practice Solution (SPS). These can include:
- Invoices not showing next / previous buttons,
- WIP ledger filters not displaying correctly
There may be other areas depending on your exact configuration. Most of these can be resolved by making slight adjustments to your display settings.
Resolution
Setting your display options can be done through the Windows Control Panel:
Windows 7
- Select Start > Control Panel
- Select Display
Tip: If you don't see Display, change the "View by" to large icons
- Change the size to "Smaller - 100% (default)"
- Click Apply
Relaunch SPS and you should now find that the issue has been resolved.
Windows 8, 8.1 and 10
- Right click Start > Control Panel
- Select Display
Tip: If you don't see Display, change the "View by" to large icons
- Select the blue "set a custom scaling level - (not recommended)" link
- Review the scaing size. The default is 100%
- Click OK
Relaunch SPS and you should now find that the issue has been resolved.
