How to view, edit, delete, or reverse journals in Sage 50 Accounts

Description

Journals that you enter manually, such as salary journals, can be viewed, edited or deleted, if required.

System generated journals, such as those created automatically when you run your year end, can't be deleted. However, you can still reverse them if required.

Resolution

NOTE: When you apply a search that only returns one result, the Delete or Edit option may be greyed out. As a workaround, instead of using a search or filter, use the Find option.
