Excel Reporting allows you to generate reports that you can view and analyse in Microsoft Excel - for example, customer and supplier lists.

Excel Reporting is only available in Sage 200 Professional 2015 or above / Sage for Education and Sage Standard Online.

NOTE:

If you have upgraded from an earlier version of Sage 200 Professional, you must use the 'Report categories' option to add report category types to the report categories after upgrading. All upgraded categories will have a category type of Undefined and until you assign a type, Sage 200 Professional will not be able to process the data for the Excel report.

Resolution

Excel Reporting for all variations of Sage 200 Professional 2015 or above allows users to quickly extract data to Excel. Filter, format, pivot and run deeper analysis whist retaining the familiar layouts of Sage 200 reports.
