What are the key features of My Dashboard in Sage Corporation Tax Online?

Resolution

My Dashboard can be accessed from the Quick Links area (which is at the bottom of the navigator). This screen provides a summary and access to key areas such as My Clients, Progress of your overall CT workload, recently opened companies and Milestones and Deadlines. You can also import the clients' accounts data from Accounts Production.

My Companies / All Companies / Recent Companies

Click Show My Companies / Show All Companies / Show Recent Companies to switch between these three views.

Option Description
My Companies Lists all companies allocated to you on the Company details page and shows the progress status of each. Open any of these companies by clicking its name.
All Companies If you have the correct access rights, you'll see a list of all of the companies in the database.
Recent Companies Shows the companies you've interacted with most recently. Open any of these companies by clicking its name.

Milestones and deadlines

Summarises the information from Milestones & deadlines to alert you to important imminent dates.

Progress

This will indicate the overall progress of your Corporation tax workload. The various stages are:

  • Not started
  • Sent to client
  • In progress
  • Filed

This will show the progress across companies allocated to you, or all companies, depending on which list you have showing in the My Companies / All Companies / Recent Companies pane.

Click any of the four progress stages to open a list of all companies at that stage.

Imports

Option Description
Accounts data ready to import If you have used a Sage accounts production product to prepare your clients' accounts and have chosen to export the accounts information to Sage Corporation Tax, this pane will tell you how many companies are ready to import.

Click Import now to show a list of companies with accounts data ready to import.
Company data ready to import If you have previously used Sage Corporation Tax (powered by ONESOURCE) and have chosen to export data from that product to Sage Corporation Tax, this pane will tell you how many companies are ready to import.

Click Import now to show a list of companies ready to import.

Navigator

If the navigator isn't shown on the left of the page, select the > icon towards the top left corner of the page to display it.
