How to email P11Ds using Sage 50 P11D.

Description

With Sage 50 P11D, you can save time by emailing P11Ds to your employees instead of printing them.

Resolution

Prepare your employee records

  1. Double-click the relevant employee.
  2. Enter the employee's email address in the E-Mail field.
  3. Click Save then click Close.

Repeat the steps for all required employees.


Password protection

The P11D Email report in Sage 50 P11D automatically applies the employee's National Insurance number as the password on their emailed P11D.

Follow the steps below to email your P11Ds and your software automatically assigns the password.


Email your P11Ds

  1. Click Employee in the bottom left, then select the required employees.
     TIP: To select all employees, click Clear then click Swap.
  2. Click Reports then click the Employee category.
  3. Select P11D 2024-2025 - Email, then click the Email button.

Your software exports your employees' P11Ds to Microsoft Outlook, ready for you to send.
