When you submit an FPS, in some circumstances the last FPS date doesn't update.
This issue can occur due if you don't run the software as administrator. To resolve this:
If the issue persists, continue to the next section.
Check that any affected employees' start dates are correct. If a start date is after the process date, your software doesn't include that employee in the FPS.
Update the employee's start date in their employee record, then submit the FPS for them as normal.
Next, Submit a dummy Full Payment Submission for the affected employees.
