1 - Graphical Planner is not tested or supported on Windows 8.1 (32 or 64 bit).

 

2 - SQL Server 2005 is not supported on 64-bit platforms.

3 - We recommend downloading the backward compatibility patch from Microsoft (available in 32-bit and 64-bit versions) to ensure backward compatibility with databases created in SQL Server 2005. Follow Sage KB article to download the Backward Compatibility Component.

4 - Although Sage 50 Manufacturing 2013 Service Pack 3 is supported on Windows 10, the version of Graphical Planner supplied (version 12.0 Service Pack 1) is presently not supported on this platform.
