Quick Print

You can use the Quick Print option in Sage 50 Accounts to print invoices, quotations and orders with just one click. There's no need to locate the layout or choose the printer each time, making the process much faster and easier to use.

Quick Print Settings

1. On the menu bar click Settings then click Invoice & Order Defaults.
2. Click the Quick Print tab.
3. To the right of the required document type, click Browse.
4. Select the layout that you want to use by default for this document type, then click OK.

You can then click the Quick Print option in the relevant module. Your documents are sent to the default Windows printer, or the printer that has been set on your layout.

You can also still print documents from these areas using the normal print option. This is useful if you want to print using a different layout or printer, or to specify a number of copies.
