NOTE: The error message is caused because it wasn't originally stated that director 1 would sign the accounts.
Additional troubleshooting
The additional troubleshooting involves cleaning up the directors database.
- There is a maximum number of directors that can be entered before the iXBRL tagging fails. Having more than 40 directors in the directors database will cause this error. Delete any directors that have resigned prior to the current period.
- Make sure the director's reference numbers in the directors database match their sub account and that the directors appear in the correct order. e.g. The first director in the database should have the reference code 1 and the sub account 01.
