Description

Sage HR Advice keeps you up to date with forthcoming changes to the law and provides you with all the tools you need to remain compliant. It offers solutions for all types of business and can be used by everyone from an owner or manager, to a qualified professional.

 NOTE: Sage HR Advice is a completely separate service from our cloud-based HR software, Sage HR.

To access the business and people advice services you're entitled to:

  1. Visit https://my.sage.co.uk/myaccount/mybusinessandpeopleadvice.aspx
  2. Enter your Sage login details and click Sign In.
  3. From the main menu, click Software.
  4. Select Sage HR Advice.

The Sage HR Advice site opens and you can access HR advice and guidance on a range of people issues.

Contact options

If you can't find the answer you're looking for on the website, you can use the Message Us service available from the Sage HR Advice home page, or the Call Us option.

When you call the advice line, you may be asked a security question to ensure that we're giving advice to the correct person. You should also have your Sage account or serial number to hand. If the call relates to a specific matter that you've already discussed with one of our advisers, please quote the case number for that incident.
