Export the Simple Trial Balance to Microsoft Excel

How to export the Simple Trial Balance report to Microsoft Excel in Sage Accounts Production.

Resolution

  1. Go to Reports then choose Nominal Ledger Reports.
  2. Select Simple Trial Balance and enter the relevant dates.
  3. Select Preview, then select Export to Excel.
    This opens the trial balance in Microsoft Excel.
  4. To save the report, go to File, then select Save.
  5. Enter a file name, choose the location, and select Save.
