Subcontractor monthly statement - 'No data was returned for this report'

How to resolve the message 'This report could not be generated. No data was returned for this report'.

When you generate a subcontractor statement, the following message can appear:

This message appears when you try to generate a statement for a month which the CIS return has not yet been submitted.

You can only generate or print a subcontractor monthly statement if you have submitted your return for the required month.
