Resolution

Change the manager password

  1.  Log in to Sage 50 Accounts as your username.
  2. Go to Settings, then User Management then select Change Your Username Password.
  3. Enter your current password then select Log on.
  4. Enter the new password into the Password and Confirm password fields.
  5. Enter a Security question and Security answer to help with future password entry.
  6. Select OK.

Change your own password

  1. Log in as your username.
  2. Go to Settings, then User Management then select Change Your Username Password.
  3. Enter your current password then select Log on.
  4. Enter the new password into the Password and Confirm password fields.
  5. Enter a Security question and Security answer to help with future password entry.
  6. Select OK.

Change another user's password

  1. Log in as MANAGER to change another user's password.
  2. Go to Settings, then User Management and select Users.
  3. Select the username then click Edit.
  4. Go to Username, then click Change Password.
  5. Enter and confirm the new password.
  6. Select Finish then Save.
