Summary
In Sage 50 Accounts, the Chart of Accounts (COA) displays [PARTIAL].
Description
This occurs if any of the following are true:
- The COA doesn’t include one or more nominal codes
- One or more of the ranges within the COA has a blank description
- The floating categories are empty
In previous versions, if there are errors in the COA, the following message appears when running any report that uses the COA:
'There are errors in your Chart of Accounts. Your Financial reports may be incorrect as a result.'
Resolution
Edit the COA and ensure that all the ranges have a description.
If all the ranges have descriptions, some nominal codes must be missing from the COA.
