Sage 50 P11D saves you time by calculating both the cash equivalents for your employees' taxable benefits and any Class 1A liability due too.

You can also submit forms P11D and P11D(b) electronically with Sage 50 P11D, saving you the time that you would've spent completing these forms manually.

Reports and statutory forms

In Sage 50 P11D you can produce the following reports and statutory forms:

P11D benefits and expenses form Records benefits in kind that are taxable and or subject to Class 1A National Insurance Contributions (NICs) for directors or employees.
P11D(b) Employer's Declaration Records total Class 1A NICs for an employer, reflecting the total benefits liable to Class 1A on forms P11D for all employees.
P46 (Car) report Quarterly return submitted where there has been a change in circumstances in the use of a company car.
Backing reports, letters and schedules To substantiate the statutory reports, there is a series of supporting reports together with schedules and letters.
Class 1A reports Analyses the Class 1A payable by the employer, substantiating form P11D(b), the Employer's Declaration.
Management reports Backing reports for each benefit type, grouping the employees by department, analysing the cost, amount made good and chargeable benefit.
Report Selections To run a number of reports at the same time, use Report Selections to group together batches of reports.

Company PSA report A report calculating the values entered under the Global PSA function for company-wide PAYE Settlement Agreements.
Edit reports Customise existing reports to meet your own design specifications.

Import, export and conversion

Import Sage Payroll data To save entering duplicate information, you can import data from Sage 50 Payroll.
Import Sage 50 P11D data

You can use templates to import employer, employee and P11D benefit data.

Import Sage Personnel data To save entering duplicate information, you can import data from Sage Personnel.
Export Sage 50 P11D data To use data held in Sage 50 P11D within external applications, you can export benefit, employee or employer information.
Microsoft Integration Send emails, export data directly to Excel, update Outlook Tasks, create contacts or run Word mail merges.

Email and Internet

Internet Submissions to HMRC You can submit your P11D information to HMRC electronically using Sage 50 P11D.
Web links to relevant taxation websites Sage 50 P11D contains links to useful websites such as Sage, HMRC and vehicle websites.

Emailing of reports and statutory forms

 Email P11D forms to your employees rather than print out hard copies.
