Disconnect a bank feed in v29.0 and below

How to disconnect your bank feed in Sage 50 Accounts v29.0 and below.

There can be times when you want to disconnect your bank feed. 

 NOTE: Follow our alternative article if you're using v29.2 or above.  

1. Go to Bank accounts.
2. Double-click the required bank account.
3. Under the Sage Bank Feeds section of the Account Details tab, click Disable Sage Bank Feeds.

 TIP: If you have any unmatched transactions from your bank, match these before disconnecting. If you’re unable to do this, set the start date to include these when downloading, if you reconnect to your bank 

If you see the option to reconnect the bank feed, you've still disabled it.

4. Click Save.

If you later decide to reconnect your Bank Feeds, you can set up Bank feeds again, or you can follow the steps to change banks.
